7,5x16 ET20 od. ET30 all around.
Or do I at least have to hem the front?

Okay, I have 9x16 wheels with an offset of ET30 in the front and ET15 in the rear. Only the rear needed to be rolled; there were no issues with the front. So, it should also work fine with 7.5x16 wheels with an offset of ET30, as they are a bit narrower. Even with an offset of ET20, it might still be possible.
