Okay Bertil, thank you for your comments ...this has been going on since April 2002, and the car has been sitting there since July 11, 2002...and it's not just that the engine is broken and needs to be replaced...but also the compensation, I had the car in a workshop in Aachen, but I'm from southern Germany, 40 km south of Ulm...all the transportation costs for the inspection, etc....I could have already bought a good engine for that amount ...I'm very confident.
