It only happens when I accelerate fully; when I give it normal throttle, the engine runs normally without any jerking.
The jerking doesn't always occur. It's possible that the engine is running normally (up to about 20 km/h).
Then it jerks a few times when you give it full throttle, but then it runs completely normally again.
Turning the engine off and on again has no effect on the jerking/stuttering.
The engine is running normally otherwise. It doesn't smoke, it runs smoothly, and it maintains the RPM.
Idling, it has full power, and it doesn't sound strange.

Okay, I just tried it again.

The jerking also occurs even when I don't accelerate fully.
When I give it gas while the car is stationary and not in gear, there's no shaking or vibration.
The jerking occurs when the engine is warm.

It could be a sticking valve timing gear or a clogged EGR valve.

!!No errors detected!!

The boss told me to check all the vacuum hoses and blow them out with air. Otherwise, I should replace the mass airflow sensor.

I have the same vehicle. Mine jerks briefly when accelerating quickly, around 2,000 RPM. It doesn't matter if I'm accelerating with full throttle or partial throttle; it doesn't matter if the engine is warm or cold. However, it's been doing this since the very first kilometer.
I've always attributed it to the well-known 'unharmonious' power delivery of the PD.

Please disable the AGR (agricultural land reserve) feature. That should resolve this short-term issue.
