Brake Caliper Mounting Bracket - 312mm Upgrade

Hello everyone,

As described above, I would like to know the part number for the caliper mounting brackets that are needed when converting from 288mm brake discs to 312mm brake discs.

The vehicle is a Passat Variant TDI with engine code AJM, manufactured in October 1999.

There used to be a PDF page online that described this, but it is no longer accessible.
