Paddle Shifters: Shift Without Gear Lever

Hi everyone, I've been searching around here for a while, but I haven't found anything on this topic.

I test drove an Audi with a Tiptronic system. Although the gear selector was in 'D', I could directly change gears using the paddle shifters on the steering wheel. To reactivate the automatic mode, you need to push the gear selector to the right once (for manual shifting) and then back to 'D'.

In my A4 2.5 TDI Quattro, also with tiptronic, I would like to activate these features. Does anyone know where I can get this programmed?

I don't think it's possible to program that. I would be very surprised if it were.
