Engine noise and rough running on Audi A3 TDI 96 kW (8L)

After the performance issue was finally resolved (turbocharger wastegate valve) and the car is running great, but also consuming 0.5 liters more fuel, the problem of the rough-running engine still persists.
The engine gets quite loud when accelerating, and you can tell that it's running roughly. There is no humming sound during acceleration.

Ferner fällt mir auf, dass wenn ich z.B. 30 km/h fahre und ich aufs gas gehe, dann kommt das Nageln so in den Innenraum als würden die Lüftungsschlitze alle offen sein und dort durchdringen. Auf der Autobahn bei 130 km/H im 6. Gang kann man feststellen, dass wenn man Gas gibt das Brummen sogar ein Techno-songs mittlerer Lautstärke mit BOSE Soundsystem überlagert !! Besonders auch im 1. Gang hört sich der Motor so an als würde er nachlaufen und nicht abgebremst werden. HörIt looks very unrefined.

also beschreibe es nochmals anders. Wenn ich 3. Gang Gas gebe bis ca. 70 von 50 km/h aus und dann vom gas gehe brummt er. Was ich vergessen habe zu sagen ist, dass er besonders wenn man am Berg beschleunigt oder z.B. mit 70 km/h nen Berg hochfährt im 4.Gang und dann Gas gibt sich der Motor rau anfühlt. Ich würde es so beschreiben als würde man untertourig fahren. Kenne das von meinem alten Golf 3 wenn ich mit 20 km/h im 3. gang gas gegebenn habe war es das selbe Gefühl. Aber mein Wagen vibriert ERST ab 1800 U/min !! D.h. wenn ich bei 1500 U/min Gas gebe dann vibriert er noch gar nicht und fühlt sich normal an. Fahre ich am Berg vibriert er AUCH nicht bei 1500 U/min sondern erst bei 1800 U/min. Neven worse.

Z.b. wenn ich bei ca. 2200 U/min im 2., gang bin und ich leicht Gas gebe also tippe Gaspedal nur an so hört man es... in dem Moment wo ich dann sofort wieder vom Gas gehe ist wieder Ruhe ! Beim Gasgeben im 1. Gang hört sich mein Wagen immer wie ein Staubsauger an der angemacht wird. II'm only in first gear!
