'In the mentioned fuel injection pump (Fiat Punto 1.7TD), the fuel shut-off valve (KSB) is operated by a temperature sensor and (I believe) a solenoid valve. When I apply 12V to the solenoid valve, I don't hear or feel any clicking, and I don't notice any difference with the engine running. Since the car also exhibits some knocking when warm, I'm looking for the cause, and I've noticed that the knocking decreases when I adjust the fuel injection timing to a later setting (?). Could the solenoid valve be stuck or defective (the car starts well even in cold weather)? ' Can I get this part individually? There's a number '113.05' on the key surface; is that a part number that someone might be able to use? Also, what is the part number, and perhaps someone knows an approximate price?
