Can someone tell me if an injection pump with the following designation...
VW/AUDI 038 130 107 D
into a 1994 Volkswagen Golf 3 Variant TDI with 66 kW / 90 hp.
key: 2.0600, value: 3.951

Hi,

I also saw the pump on eBay and asked about the part numbers.

I have the same car (model 0600 - 951, only for the 1996 model year), and the following pumps might be compatible.
VW Part Number - Bosch Part Number
028 130 109 H - 0460 404 994
028 130 110 H - 0460 494 985
028 130 115 M - 0460 404 971 --- This is the current replacement pump for all models!!

Okay, VW told me that I need a pump with the following designation:
028 130 115 MX
and the Bosch service:
0 986 440 505 090

Could the pump with part number 038 130 107 D also be compatible?

Hi Antonio,
The offered pump is used in, for example, the Golf 4 (90 and 110 hp). It looks mechanically different from the pump in my 1Z.
I'm afraid it won't fit.

Best regards, Rudi.

Does anyone know if I can combine the pump from the AAH with my own pump? Mine has a larger turbine, which would only have a positive effect on the performance, specifically in terms of pressure.

I have the number: 038 130 107 jx.

and I think my pump has the number 038 130 107.

Hmm, it would be interesting to try fitting the parts of the 11mm pump into the 10mm pump.

Sure, here's the translation:

'Any comments?'

This is a simple question asking for feedback or opinions. It can be used in a variety of contexts, such as:

* Asking for feedback on a presentation or project.
* Asking for opinions on a new product or service.
* Asking for feedback on a piece of writing or artwork.

The question can be answered with a variety of responses, such as:

* 'I think it's great!'
* 'I have a few suggestions.'
* 'I'm not sure what to think.'
* 'I'm not interested.'

The best way to answer the question depends on the context and your own personal opinion.

Okay. There's actually no turbine in it. So, I would advise you not to take the pump apart.

Best regards, Rainer.

The pump with the model number 038 130 107 D looks exactly like the one I have, but the markings on mine are completely illegible. Based on the connections and dimensions, it might be a match.

'I'm having a problem with my car; it's running rough at idle, and it also jerks when driving in 4th and 5th gear. I took the car to the workshop, and they said the fuel injection pump was worn out, but replacing it didn't fix the problem. They told me I need a new pump. I then found this website online. I'm having issues with the diesel system.'
'I tried the fuel additive, and it's actually gotten better (at idle)! Before I added it to the tank, I was always having the engine stall at traffic lights, and now I only hear the engine running unevenly (will it get even better?). While driving in 4th or 5th gear, it still occasionally stutters, but it depends on how I accelerate. Does anyone have any other tips for me before I actually buy a new fuel pump?'

Did you actually read my post?

"028 130 115 M is the pump you need! The 'X' simply indicates that it's a replacement part - the pump is the same!"

The ... 107 D has completely different owners and electrical connections (a 10-pin pump connector, for example)!!!!

The number you provided from Bosch seems to have a few extra digits. They usually only have 10-digit numbers.
