Radio Code: How to Find & Set It

Hello.
Can anyone tell me where I can find information on how to adjust the injection timing on my Golf III, manufactured in 1997, with a AAZ 1.9L TD engine?

And I have another problem:
I recently bought this car, and it has an original VW Alpha CC radio installed. I had to replace the battery because it was defective. Now, I'm having a problem because I need to enter the code, which I did, but unfortunately, it's the wrong code card that came with the car. The person I bought the car from told me that they only received that code card as well.
Now, to my question: Is there a way to delete the code so that I can enter a new one?

Hi Mark,

You can have the radio code calculated for you at a VW dealership. To do this, you will need the serial number of the radio. The code is permanently linked to the radio – it is not possible to change the code.
