VAG-COM: Increase Engine RPM for Throttle Search

Hi.
Is there a function in VAG-COM that allows you to temporarily increase the engine speed at idle (without adapting the stored idle speed!) to a specific RPM (in my case, approximately 1700 RPM) until you exit this mode? I'm experiencing a rattling noise that is consistently reproduced at this RPM. To help pinpoint the source of the rattle, it would be easier than having a second person try to maintain this RPM using the accelerator pedal.

I only know about the idle speed adjustment, but it doesn't go that high.

Take a wooden wedge and a weight. Place the wedge under the accelerator pedal, put the weight on top of it, and then you can slide the wedge to achieve the desired engine speed.

I eventually managed to fix it together with another man. The oil supply line to the turbocharger had come loose. VW had installed a new charger back in February. Great team. It was, of course, replaced free of charge.
