2300 RPM probably won't be possible (I'm sure of it with the EDC15).
But try the basic setting in the MWB 11: For (the not-so-old) EDC15 systems, the engine is brought to 1400 rpm, and the turbocharger is activated in a 10-second cycle to achieve maximum boost pressure. And approximately 0.1 - 0.2 bar of pressure whistling out of leaks is already quite noticeable
