Lupo 3L Transmission Problems

Hi, unfortunately, I have another problem that I can't solve. Maybe you guys are smarter than me.
A friend of mine disassembled and reassembled a DSG transmission from a Lupo. Now, the engine doesn't respond to acceleration; it only responds when in neutral. Do I need to reactivate the transmission using VAGCOM? I hope you can help me.
The car is a Lupo 3L, 1.2 PDTDI model, manufactured in 1999, and it has a DSG transmission.

They are more familiar with the transmission. By the way, it's only a "half" DSG in the Lupo 3L.
