Boost Pressure for Audi 100 AAT Turbo

Hi,

I would like to know what the maximum boost pressure is for the AAT engine (Audi 100, model C4, 5-cylinder, 115 hp) in its standard configuration.
I would be satisfied with just the maximum pressure and approximate speed at which it needs to stop.
'I doubt anyone has a complete diagram covering the entire speed range, do you think?'

I actually have a boost pressure gauge lying around here that I've been meaning to connect, so reference values would be helpful.

At approximately 3000 RPM and full throttle, the absolute pressure should be between 1.72 bar and 1.92 bar.

Are these the target values or the values from your car? My AAT (turbocharger) only produces about 1 bar of boost, which it reaches at full throttle from 2200 RPM. Without electronic boost control (with the connector unplugged from the valve), it was a maximum of 0.6 bar.

These are the target values, ABSOLUTELY, meaning they are measured with ambient pressure. Your values (0.6 to 0.9) are relative.

Now for the question that nobody wants to hear:
Where do I connect the hose for the boost pressure gauge on the AAT (air intake manifold) in the Audi 100 (engine side)?
Attached to the intake manifold (where it says 'Turbo DI-Diesel') is a hose, about the thickness of a finger, that runs towards the back. Is that the pressure hose that leads to the engine control unit?
It was similar with the 1Z, at least in some respects.

The easiest way is as follows: The hose leads to the pressure sensor, which, in the case of the AAT, is located on the injection rail together with various valves and connectors under a "aesthetically pleasing" plastic cover.

Yes, this hood, finished in a sophisticated black and made of high-quality plastic, is indeed striking in its beauty and serves as an eye-catcher in the otherwise barren engine compartment. Opening the hood will be a pleasure for years to come! *ahem*
It was probably a somewhat misplaced precursor to the engine covers that are now commonly found everywhere, designed to prevent people from noticing leaks or other issues.

Oh, by the way, speaking of the engine compartment,
I just remembered something else (even though it's annoying):
Is it actually difficult to retrofit this engine bay lighting, which was probably available as an option?
There's already space for a lamp in the insulation pad under the hood. I'm just wondering if the cables are already in place?
(I don't have much time to remove the insulation pad right now).
