Rear Wiper Motor Replacement - Guide

Hab seit kurzem ein Problem mit meinem Heckscheibenwischer. Wenn ich die Kofferraumklappe schliese('zuklappe') springt der Heckscheibenwischer von allein an. Das passiert bei besagtem Schliesen wenn der Motor läuft sofort oder eben wenn der Motor gestartet wird und wenn vorher die Heckklappe geschlossen wurde. Der Wischer läuft dann als Intervall. Ein kurzes Starten des Wischers mittels Bedienhebel beendet das Spiel. Ich hätte ja gedacht das die Steuerung des Wischers irgendwo in der Nähe der Zentralelektrik sitzt aber scheinbar nicht. WaCould it be?

It sounds like a faulty limit switch, causing the motor to "think" that the wiper is not yet in its end position, and therefore attempting to move it towards that position.

Then it should stop after one wipe, but the wiper keeps going until I briefly activate it again with the control lever.

I think there's a broken cable inside the hinge mechanism of the tailgate.

What happens when two cables touch is unpredictable. Simply release the bellows and take a look at the cables.
