VAG-COM: Reset CLIMAtronic to Default Settings

Hello!
Could someone briefly explain how to perform a basic Climatronic calibration using VAG-COM? Everyone talks about it, but no one has actually described how it works. Does anyone have a guide? Is there also a guide for the basic calibration of the ESP, and how to bring the Passat's bi-xenon headlights into the adjustment position, adjust them, and then save the settings?
