Hello,
IrgeSure, here's the translation:
'And what tips?'
Best regards, Björn.

Hello,
You'll need a sledgehammer for that, which you'll use to hit the...
Injection pipe connection thread (M14x1.5), reverse-tapped.
will be. If you're handy, it's quite...
easy to build yourself.
Regards,
Jürgen.

Hello Björn,
I don't personally know the 1T, but with the 'newer' TDIs (1Z, AFN, etc.), you can usually loosen the injectors by carefully turning them back and forth (just a few degrees) with a 15mm socket that you attach to the flat sides of the injectors, and then pull them out (Bertil has more experience with this than I do ).
Best regards, Rudi.

'I'm not familiar with the 1T either, but I did the procedure on my 1Z three weeks ago. I removed the clamping brackets and then, as my coworker described, I used a 15mm open-end wrench to loosen the injectors. Two of them came out without any problems. The third one I managed to remove by giving it a short burst of full throttle. For the fourth one, I had to use a torch to heat up the cylinder head, and then it came out relatively easily.'

I also had a very stubborn electronic discharge (ED) that I couldn't remove, even with a 10 kg hammer.
Solution for difficult cases: Loosen the 3 mm screws and try to remove it. Eventually, it will push the nozzle out, and then you've won. You'll hear it when it comes loose, making a 'Pff, Pff, Pff' sound from the engine compartment. In my case, it took 4 days to get it out (including driving at full speed on the highway on the first day).
Be careful when loosening or tightening with the adjustable wrench. Don't turn it too much (desperation often leads to overdoing it). Turn it to the left gently. Otherwise, the top part might eventually detach from the bottom part. They are only screwed together (I believe around 70 Nm). This is especially important when using rust remover or similar products.
From now on, whenever I encounter nozzles that don't move freely with the 15mm adjustment, I will always proceed as described above.
