hi,
"My EGR valve has been faulty for quite some time."
with the help of a separating plate in the exhaust gas recirculation system.
Unfortunately, during that construction work, the "nipple" on the vacuum regulator that connects to the vacuum hose for the vacuum gauges broke off.
Well, I thought I wouldn't need it anyway, and the regulator was stuck.
Now I've replaced the regulator with a new one and screwed a screw into the "fitting" that's now present.
Subsequently, the controller emitted a high-pitched whine within the control range.
After the engine is turned off, there is a very loud and prolonged squealing sound.
I can't explain that.
Since that was annoying, I removed the screw again.
The snoring is gone.
And now, here it comes:
According to my "butt-o-meter," the engine has clearly gained torque in the 1200-2200 RPM range.
And that, I certainly can't explain now.
Best regards, Leo.
P.S.: My better half also confirmed that it offers more performance!

"It's likely that due to the damage/tampering with the AGR solenoid valve, a component responsible for creating vacuum was constantly losing pressure, preventing the VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry) from closing completely. This resulted in lower maximum boost pressure in the lower RPM range, leading to a loss of power." Gruß Ulf

hi ulf,
I can't understand that.
I have a WGL loader.
2. The wg-loader is controlled using overpressure (I had to be informed about this as well).
According to the data, I cannot detect any difference in the charging pressure curve.
4. The hose was attached to the new regulator both with and without the screw, so it was sealed.
Best regards, Leo.

Hi.
AJT with "small" LLK?
I thought the TDI with the blue "I" didn't have an oil leak and had 88 horsepower.
m; Transparency, Teamwork
... there was another T.
I don't know what the f*ck it was.

hi,
No, not normally.
but mine does!
"Do it yourself."
and all the possibilities for cultivation are already available for the ACV-LLK.
Okay, here's the translation:
"Just: LLK (coolant level sensor), upper and lower brackets, two pressure hoses, air collector in the hood... that's it."
