Feedback regarding the plausibility of the measurement value labels is welcome |
Neither 4A0-820-043.lbl, nor 8L0-820-043-1D.lbl, nor 8L0-820-043-2D.lbl fit even remotely to this questionable control unit. Perhaps next time, instead of making random guesses, simply refer to the relevant
guides, as this is more likely to yield a correct result.

In none of the label files are the displayed values plausible. |
They also can't, because none of the control units for which files were mentioned have any connection to the one installed in your car. A control unit from an A4 (8E) would be similar up to manufacturing date 006, but after that, the values are shifted by -1, so it's not a real solution either.

You don't necessarily need "a few" other options; it's enough to have the right one, or to be able to recognize what works and what doesn't. This depends on which VAG-COM version you are using, so it would be helpful if you could provide the version number. If you are using a current version 512.x, there is a solution for your problem. However, if you are using an older version (e.g., 409.1, which was the version as of September 2004), you need to be careful, as these represent an older development stage and are no longer supported, especially regarding the "documentation." Even if data (e.g., label files) from newer versions can be made to work with them (e.g., by renaming), there is no guarantee of the accuracy or completeness of the displayed data.
