Hello!
I just had a T4 with a 1X engine in for a major service, including a replacement of the timing belt. After removing the timing belt, I noticed that the shaft of the ESP (electric steering pump) has a minimal amount of radial play (in the tenth of a millimeter range). The pump is estimated to have a total mileage of around 300,000 km (estimated, as the odometer has likely been tampered with).
What do you think I should do, leave the pump as it is, or replace the pump/bearing? I have a spare self-priming/rotary pump lying around that I could install. It will probably leak a bit since it's a turbo pump.
By the way: The 'Killerschraube' bolt has the marking 8.8

(stiff 10.9, like on the AAZ) -> it will be replaced with a 12.7 bolt.
I'm looking forward to your answers!
Best regards, Nebelwerfer.
