What kind of tiny turbocharger is that, which is supposed to build up a pressure of about 700 mbar at 1220 rpm?
The injection time also seems unrealistic. 1ms at 1220 rpm would correspond to an injection duration of approximately 7° crank angle. And in a common rail engine, the rail pressure wouldn't be particularly high at 1220 rpm either...
What engine are we talking about? Is it a 1.3L CDTI? Is the software original, or has it been modified in some way?
My guess: there are problems here with a tuning file, possibly modified by an inexperienced user. Did I guess correctly?

Yes, you can want a lot of things, but what you actually get...
And with a CR engine, the rail pressure at 1220 rpm won't be particularly high either...
Yes, you can have the maximum possible rail pressure at 1220 rpm, but you have to forget to inject fuel, otherwise the rail pressure will unfortunately drop again .
