Golf 4 AC Actuator Motors

Hi,

The following errors are stored in the climate control system (Climatronic) of my Golf IV (according to VAGcom):

01272 - Positioning motor for the center flap (Volvo V70).
37-00 - Defective.
01274 - Airflow flap positioning motor (V71).
37-00 - Defective.

These errors have existed for years; whenever I delete them, they reappear shortly after.

How can I test these two engines? When I look at the values with VAGcom, the "actual" and "target" values are usually quite close together, but it's possible that I am observing the wrong values.

"Can someone tell me which memory locations I need to monitor for these two motors?"

2.) I've read a lot here on the forum about expanding the V71, but not much about the V70. Where can I find information about the V70? And, perhaps more importantly: How do you actually do it? Is there a recommended book that describes this process?
