No one can really give me information about this; maybe someone here can.

I need a new front bumper because someone accidentally drove their trailer hitch into it.
However, there are three different versions at Volkswagen: one for the standard models, then the 4Motion or Turbo versions, and another specifically for the R32.
What's the difference between the front parts for the 4Motion/Turbo models and the standard models? Why wouldn't they fit on non-turbo and 4Motion vehicles?

I would be grateful if someone could provide a precise statement.
VW could only tell me that there are different part numbers icon_rolleyes.gif.

Best regards,

Do you mean the front bumper, or are you referring to the lip spoiler?

The bumpers on the R32 are completely different.
2. The 4Motion version likely has the same bumper as a non-4Motion version.
3. The main difference between the standard turboprop engines is an open right-hand grille due to the location of the auxiliary power unit (APU).
4. The front lip spoilers of the GTI and the standard version differ in their openings (three instead of one).
5. The ARL has an air duct to cool the transmission.
6. The ARL has a different type of castle carrier due to front-wheel drive (FWD).

7....what exactly do you want to know? What's the problem with replacing it with an identical part?

Do you have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and does the Volkswagen parts specialist know about this program?

Then everything is fine; they'll enter your VIN and see all the parts that were installed on your vehicle.
Those that don't fit are then colored gray.

The price is the difference.
I'm not referring to the lip itself, but rather the flaps.
I'm looking at my ARL (presumably a type of machine or equipment), but I don't see any air ducts. Are they perhaps built into the frame or something similar?
Unfortunately, VW can only tell me that there are two different part numbers.
I was finally able to get a non-turbo apron and will receive it in the next few days. I'll see if it fits, and I'll let you know my thoughts then.
Greetings.

Okay, a bit late again, but better than nothing.
The standard aprons also fit; I have a bumper that is not the "Turbo" or "4Motion" version.
The difference is only related to the black grilles in the bumper.
The ones used in turbo engines are open and allow more air to pass through.
I just reinstalled the old grilles.
Greetings.
