Heukera, the Audi is now running great

. Finally, it's drivable again.
Exhaust fumes now smell like a properly functioning lambda control system!
The temperature sensor was working correctly. The problem was with the relay number 30, which is located under the steering column. It had a cold solder joint, just like in cases with AFN and 1Z relays, specifically number 109.
I noticed that all the voltages on the MSTG side fluctuate wildly during the motor-saw cycle, even though the voltage at the battery remains constant at 14.2V. So, I checked the supply voltage of the MSTG, and sure enough, it fluctuates between 5-14 volts.
Caused by relay number 30.
It's amazing that the good old, simple Digifant has stood the test of time so well!
Unfortunately, I don't have a 2+2 cable for the classic cars

, so I can't perform a VCDS diagnosis.
Would that have made a difference for me?
