Sharan 2.0 TDI BRT - Jerking/Hesitation when engine is warm (Solution)

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the error in the search function as I usually do, so I'm writing to you about it.

"The problem car is a 2006 Sharan BRT with 265,000 km. I had the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) cleaned about 15,000 km ago."
The engine runs smoothly when it's cold, and the idle is normal, as is typical for a PD engine.

The problem only occurs when the engine is warm, approximately from 60 degrees Celsius.
Then the following happens: You'll experience significant jolting or shaking when accelerating or driving at a constant speed, starting around 3rd gear. The engine runs from approximately 1100 RPM to around 2600 RPM, and then it pulls strongly all the way to the end (I didn't dare to go to its maximum speed).
The idle speed control shows good values when the engine is cold, within a range of plus or minus 1. However, the situation is different when the engine is warm. When the engine misfires, the idle becomes very rough, and the idle speed control goes to its maximum setting (level 3). Cylinder partially filled to maximum pressure +2.99mg/H.

A typical cause for this type of "error" would be assembly errors in the PD unit. Please replace the gasket, preferably with a new one, and reassemble with cleaned and inspected sealing surfaces, ensuring proper alignment and adjustment.
