Hi!
I need a little help!
Today, I opened the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) unit due to a leak.
I just need to know how the disc that holds the bearings at the back is inserted. Are there any indicators or things I should pay attention to?
The timing of when the fuel injection pump's valve opens and closes depends on the position of the disc.
Please help me quickly!!

Hi Gustav!
...stood out, in the truest sense of the word...
It must be the impeller (the one with the ridges).
Is it the one who is sitting all the way in the back, on the inside?
If you have an email address, I'd like to send you a picture!

Hi Gustav!
I think that will be a problem in itself!
What happens if these roles are no longer in their original positions?
Is Bosch the only one who can help now?

Hi Gustav!
So, knowledge of the pump's exterior is good , otherwise...
The pump is still installed, but I'm going to remove it to make more progress.
The pump is only damaged in the front section (which can be addressed without removing it).
The leak was coming from the sealing ring; he noticed it because of the heavy dripping.
in front of the actual distribution panel.
I'm going to start the expansion now.
If you had any more tips, I would be grateful.
Best regards,
Sincerely,
Kind regards,
All the best,
See you soon,
Until next time,
Bye for now. Lieber TDI statt lahme Ente!

Hi Gustav!
Okay, I'll try to be a bit more precise this time:
I have now removed the pump.
How do I now assemble the rest of it, or the bearing ring?
Which seals would you recommend replacing?
How do I remove the special screw that's on the lid?
P.S.: The fuel pump has now been used for approximately 250,000 kilometers.

Hi Gustav!
I'm back to the assembly process now, and I just need to know how the nozzle on the distributor rotor needs to be positioned so that it injects fuel directly into cylinder 1?
To avoid interfering with the other settings (except for injection timing), I will rotate the engine to Top Dead Center (TDC)!

Hi Gustav!
I still need a tip from you!
I've put everything back together and also taken into account everything you described.
However: Long periods of sputtering, jerking, briefly turning on and immediately off again!
What could it be?
I somehow suspect that the pump isn't building up enough pressure.
Let me know if I was too vague!

Hey, do you even know what the word precisely means?
To tell such vague and nonsensical stories...
You disassemble your ESP without any prior knowledge or preparation, letting half of the internal components fall to the floor, and you don't even know what the parts that fell out are called?
What do you expect?
Take your ESP to a Bosch service center and that's it.
