I was on the highway towards Kassel today.
The problem starts around 2000 RPM. The car itself seems to be fluctuating with the throttle, and this issue persists all the way up to the 5th gear.
Okay, so the question is, what could it possibly be?

I've heard of the 'hub needle injector' before and I've tried it. It seems to stutter 2-3 times around 20 strokes.
Okay, one more question: Can I repair the needle feed mechanism myself? Or how much does it cost? I would be very grateful for a quick answer.

Sure, no problem. Here's the translation:

'Thank you in advance, Ronnyroller.'

. . . is usually not possible, but rather requires replacing the entire nozzle with the NBF.

Someone once described (reportedly successfully) disassembling and cleaning the part, but I unfortunately can't remember where I saw it.
Please provide the text you would like me to translate from German to English. I will then provide the translation without any explanations.

Do it yourself!
I can only recommend it, as I've already done it myself.
Remove the supply line, pull out the nozzle, and unscrew it.
Disassemble the nozzle assembly in order, and fill it with denatured alcohol. Then, use a compressor with approximately 8 PSI of pressure and blow it out thoroughly. This will definitely help, and it will save you money in the long run. Finally, don't forget to replace the thermal insulation gasket.
Screw it in and you're done!
Here's a small tip: If the nozzle is very clogged with soot, use a brass wire brush.
When I fixed it myself, it ran very well again, and it has now driven over 40,000 km!

Thank you for the message.

What is the repair cost?
And can anything else break?

. . . are not exactly known to me, but it probably amounts to a few hundred euros.
The subsequent damage} from a defective NBF is actually not conceivable. The only effect is stuttering, etc.
