Problems with the 3.0 TDI VW Touareg

I signed up here because we no longer know what to do.

My 2009 VW Touareg with 3.0 TDI, 239 hp engine (CAS), is leaking on the 5th gear. Cylinder 5mg/H Diesel
When idling, there will eventually be a cloud of unburned diesel fumes coming from the back.

Now all 6 injectors have been replaced - same problem.
The injection times cannot be read out, here it always shows 0.0ms, so I can only provide mg/H.

When he's cold, he also runs very unevenly, which then decreases as he gets warmer, but doesn't completely disappear.

What also surprises us is that when using VCDS in German, everything is always displayed in English, even when referring to the engine control unit. Furthermore, here we only have "Cylinder 1, 2, 3 and then 4, 4, ,4"

The assumption now is that the previous owner may have had the car poorly modified.

Does anyone have any ideas here?
