Air conditioner not cooling - Year of manufacture 2000, compressor seems to be running(?)

perhaps you could help me a little more:


It concerns my Octi 1U5 with a 1.9 TDI 110PS engine and Climatronic from 2000. The air conditioning system has not been cooling for a few weeks. From this moment on.


What I've checked:

- Both fans are running.

- The battery fuse was replaced.

- The compressor also seems to be working:

-- Injection volume without air conditioning: 6.0mg/hour

-- Injection amount with air conditioning: 6.8mg/H

-- Generator load without air conditioning: 47.6%

-- Generator load with climate: 54%

This could simply indicate that the generator's magnetic coupling is engaging. Or does that mean: Is the compressor running?


Last summer, I replaced the climate condenser, and since then, the system has been running perfectly.


The Climatronic is not experiencing any errors (unlike last year when the system was empty due to a hole in the capacitor).


Unfortunately, the pressure reading on my model, which was manufactured in the 2000s, seems to be unreadable.


I've checked all the pipes: None of the air conditioning system's pipes in the engine compartment are getting cold.


Do you have any more ideas?

Connect the manometer and check if there is any pressure in the system.
