Firmware Update Failed: Troubleshooting & Solutions

Dear community,

I would like to reach out to you to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem with a firmware update for a HEX-V2 adapter.

Yesterday evening, I updated my VCDS to version 18.9.0. During the subsequent connection test, a firmware update was suggested, which I immediately proceeded to install.

The search for the update was successful, but the download or preparation of the update failed (see Screenshot).

Does anyone else experience this problem? And if so, how can I solve it?

Wait one day and then try again, and also notify Ross-Tech.
