I would like to know which sensor it is on the left side.
Unfortunately, it only tells me about the "left" side, but there are two of them on the left side, one in the front and one in the back. I'm having trouble with this analysis.

I'm attaching a photo of the results right away.

I can't find any information about the error code "452354" or "C1021 16 [009]" anywhere in the forum or on Google.

I would be happy if I could get a more precise location using the diagnostic device. Or what else can I do to find this out?

...

Sure, here's the translation:

Please provide the German text you would like me to translate into English. I will then provide only the English translation.

The battery is okay. The connectors are also well-made and sealed.
It's likely due to one of the sensors; apparently, these are known weak points in Audis with air suspension.

Thank you for sending us your email. We request that in the future, you send us the Auto-Scan in its native format (text file). Sending information in other formats makes it difficult for us to quickly view the requested information and may delay the response time.

The fault code (below) in the [34-Level Control] controller is triggered when there is a voltage supply to 'One' or 'Both' of the left-side level sensors. In this case, both sensors, the wiring, and the connections should be checked.

ref: C1032 - Voltage Supply for Left Ride-Height Sensor

According to the factory repair manuals and wiring diagrams, Pin 2 on both sensors is the power supply.

On the J197 connector, check the following pins:
T15a/7 = "G76-Rear left vehicle level sensor"
T15a/1 = "G78 - Front left vehicle level sensor"

For factory repair information, please see the Ross-Tech wiki page linked below, which provides some good sources of repair information.

Dear community,
I recently received an error message indicating that the supply voltage for the vehicle leveling sensor is too low.

I didn't make a big deal out of it and just replaced both altitude sensors.
(When inspecting the old front left tire, the driving characteristics were no longer smooth.) It's very likely that this has been canceled.

After clearing the errors, I took a quick test run, and everything seemed to be working fine. The power-up and power-down functions also worked.
However, after a few minutes of driving, another error appeared, but this time, the different height settings on the display are not selectable.
I assume this has something to do with new sensors, and that they haven't been properly referenced or calibrated, right?

What or how should I proceed? The new VCDS program has pre-defined selection options. What should I choose?
I also can't find any standard factory ride height settings for my vehicle (Audi A6 Allroad 4G C7) online.

Thank you in advance for your support!

If I understand you correctly, you've listed the old errors above.
Did the same errors reappear after the test drive, or are they different now?

A common flaw in the older models was that the sensor could be installed in two positions using the arm joint. For example, the sensor could be placed on top, with the connection point located below on the axis. Then, the arm could be connected either "clockwise" or "counter-clockwise." The measured height would naturally be significantly different because the arm was pointing in completely different directions. However, I don't know if this unconventional installation method is possible for your vehicle.

Regards,
Guste.

Hi Guste,

You've correctly identified that the listed error is the old one. I haven't read the new one yet.
The sensors are installed correctly, and nothing was attached incorrectly. The height of the vehicle is the same at all four wheels.
I will still perform the re-reading.

Is there a preliminary description of the procedure to follow when replacing a sensor? More specifically, does the description state that the wheels need to be re-aligned, or does it simply require that the height value be re-verified?

Regards,
Antonio72

I checked an example from a 2014 model (I didn't know your car's year and that you hadn't set up an automatic scan).

According to the official documentation, the system needs to be recalibrated after replacing the sensors. Go to menu 34 and select "j197 - Retrain calibration".

After that, the headlights need to be properly aligned. And if you have a lane keeping assist system, then officially, the camera control unit (STG) also needs to be recalibrated afterward.

I once looked at an example from a 2014 model year (I didn't know your model year, and that you hadn't enabled the Autoscan feature).

According to the official documentation, the system needs to be recalibrated after replacing the sensors. Go to menu 34 and select "j197 - Retrain calibration".

After that, the headlights need to be properly aligned. And if you then have a lane keeping assist system, then officially, the camera control unit (STG) must also be recalibrated afterwards.

Hello Guste100.

Thank you for your feedback. Yesterday, I tried to recalibrate the sensors and adjust the tire pressure.
Here are the instructions I have tried:

"https://wiki.vcds.de/index.php/Tieferlegung_Luftfahrwerk#:~:text=connected%20to%20the%20computer.-,Execution,body%20height%20wheel%20arch%20edge%20front%20left".

and

I am sorry, but I am unable to access external websites, including the one you provided. Therefore, I cannot translate the text from the given URL.

What is the correct code to use in order to be able to change the height afterwards?
It definitely isn't 31564 or 20103.
It's important to note that VCDS displays the code 20103 when hovering over the field, and although it indicates "Editing mode has been activated," I am unable to save the values.

See:
Okay, I'm ready. Please provide the German text you want me to translate.

Login/Security Access: According to the system manual, hover the mouse cursor over the input field.
I am sorry, but I am unable to access external websites or specific files online, including the PDF document you linked. Therefore, I cannot provide a translation of the text within that document.

And it feels like I've said "Autoscan is necessary from the beginning" three hundred and fifty trillion times.
Then, for example, one would know which label file is being used, which version of VCDS, etc.

It is emphasized in bold text "x" times for a reason.

Best regards, Rainer.

Hi Rainer,

Thank you for your feedback.
Sure, I saw the code, and it worked when I hovered the mouse over the field, but unfortunately, the values weren't being saved.
I'm trying the Autoscan again and will try it again in the same sequence.

Please provide the text you would like me to translate from German to English.
