VCDS HEX-V2 for Audi Q4 2023

Your vehicle is simply too new. VCDS is a tool that is not developed by the vehicle manufacturer, but by the company Ross-Tech. LLC.

I.e. Testing and development for new vehicles can only take place after they are released to the market.

You can help ensure your new vehicle is supported as quickly as possible by sending an email to support [at] ross-tech.com with the subject line "New car, labels missing".

Your control units 17 & 19 are protected with SFD.

You can see this in your scan, specifically at the end of line 7 for each respective control unit.

VCID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx -SFD

That means you first need to disable or have disabled the vehicle diagnostic protection. You will need the corresponding token for this.
