Rejected by the control unit, VCDS

Hello everyone in the forum,
Basically, I can select whatever I want, but I'm only getting error messages from the control unit. What can I do to get it working again? Best regards, Wolfgang.

- Vehicle / Car scan.
- which ECU?
- Which login are you using?
- What is the goal?

Thank you for the help. I tried to start the "SCR efficiency test" via motor electronics and basic settings, but no matter what I select in the dropdown list, I get an error. Extended measurements, etc. are working fine.
My VCDS software doesn't like Windows 11 or the HP laptop.

Hello Guste, select the engine control unit, choose the basic settings, and then select from the dropdown menu what you want to check.
Press "Start" to begin. I'm getting an error, and no suggestions are being offered.

I have to admit that I'm starting to lose interest, as you're not providing the information I'm looking for. Therefore, here's one last attempt:

Please go to the MSG page, and then click on "Login" instead of "Reset to Default."
If none of that works, I'm afraid I'm completely clueless.

There's a guide in the forum by Rainer titled "Calibrating the NOX DPF sensor." As I mentioned, select "Check SCR efficiency" from the dropdown menu and press "Start." Now the VCDS program is running. I'm getting an error message. I will go to the MSG this weekend, as you wrote, and then to Login.

I see that the data is not current; please update VCDS. You might be referring to a test setup or an intermediate result.
