TDI Engine Jerks at 2150-2200 RPM

Hi,

I have a question. My TDI 110 kW PD engine jerks during driving at approximately 2150/2200 RPM. It's a brief jerk, as if there's no fuel or power available. Then it continues driving normally.

'At VW, they couldn't find anything in the error memory, so according to the dealer, there's no fault. They weren't willing to replace any parts. So what now? My warranty expires in 6 months, and it's really bothering me.'

Perhaps someone has a tip? Unfortunately, this 'interruption' doesn't always occur, and I can't make it happen intentionally.

Connect a laptop with VAGCOM and log the relevant "suspicious" measurement groups during test drives.

Unfortunately, I don't know which ones they could be in the case of PD.

I had a similar issue. VAG couldn't find any error codes in the system. After a long search and a lot of frustration, I found a damaged air hose after the turbo. Everything has been fine ever since.

Where can I get VAGcomm from?

If the car is frequently making whistling noises, check the charge air cooler system (from the turbocharger to the intercooler and from the intercooler to the intake manifold) for oil leaks.
