A3 Creaking Noise: Glove Compartment Issue (8P)

Has anyone ever experienced this problem before and knows a solution?

Hello, could you please remove the glove compartment? Are the noises still there?
If so, take a look at the airbag. Do you see a rod there?
Could she possibly collide with something while driving?
If so, then stuff some foam in between.

How do I remove the glove compartment? I've looked before, but couldn't find anything.
