ECU for AJM 115hp: Chip Tuning or Not?

Hello!

My engine will most likely be picked up on Saturday, at which point I'll only have the control unit and wiring harness left.

Which engine control unit (ECU) can be sold for a higher price and is more desirable?
Either the original version or a pre-tuned version from B&B Tuning, with 145 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque.

'How much can one approximately ask for it? Is 450 euros too high a price for the original?'

I don't want to cause trouble, but almost everyone I know who had a B&B-PD eventually ended up selling it off. So, I would rather sell the original and give the B&B chips to some unsuspecting person in Bavaria.
You can probably ask for €500-€700 for the original, if someone is willing to pay that much.

Everything has worked out as I had hoped...

Okay, I hereby offer a wiring harness from an AJM engine, including the control unit, for 600 euros.
No accidents and no errors.

Otherwise, it will be going to an auction house in two weeks.
