Is there still that 'pre-heating stick' on the right rear of the engine block that provides additional heating?
Something might be wrong with it. This part failed on me before. I'm not sure if it's been running continuously the whole time...

If mine runs in winter at 0°C, it still reaches approximately 80-90°C. It almost never goes below 80°C.
