A few days ago, I inspected my gearbox through a viewing hole, but I couldn't find one.
Does my CPC now actually have a ZMS? A4 Limu 07/96 AHU@110PS 192tkm 08/05-05/08

Whether your transmission (is CPC the transmission code, or not?) has a dual-mass flywheel is indicated in the technical article database.
It's strange that you can't find the inspection hole. Could you take a picture of the clutch/transmission area and post it online somewhere? Then link it here. That would help us a lot. Unfortunately, I don't have a digital camera right now, otherwise I would take a picture of my engine bay and mark the location of the inspection hole.

I just checked the database and there is no corresponding ZMS entry for it.
Yes, CPC is the GKB. I will upload a photo in the next few days. A4 Limu 07/96 AHU@110PS 192tkm 08/05-05/08

Okay, the problem is solved.
The engine mount on the gearbox support was crooked. This caused the engine to swing excessively when engaging the clutch, especially when the engine mounts softened due to heat, which in turn made the clutch start to jerk. A4 Limu 07/96 AHU@110PS 192tkm 08/05-05/08

You never stop learning. However, the engine's tendency to tilt (the "Bonanzaritt" effect) should have been noticeable.
Let's see how long this current situation lasts. 3B5 AJM

Well, when shifting gears, there was usually a jolt (depending on the speed and distance). About one second after I took my foot off the accelerator. A4 Limu 07/96 AHU@110PS 192tkm 08/05-05/08
