In which range should the voltage (set the meter to AC) be when starting up? According to the technical article, the control panel should move back and forth once when starting. What voltages must be present in the extreme positions (full load, braking -> can they even be measured)?

According to my information, the RWG has a 1 kHz sine wave signal.
That should be sufficient for a reasonably good AC voltmeter.
However, I have never measured this voltage directly at the pump itself, but only via the diagnostic function of the control unit. However, one cannot use them during the startup process here.
The RWG voltages at the minimum and maximum control positions are stored in the control unit after the initial check, and are at least on my AHF accessible via a measurement block. I don't know exactly who it is (somewhere between 11 and 20).
The stored RWG min/max voltages in the control unit were approximately 0.7V and 4.7V.
With a starting dose of 20mg/dose, a 2V measurement should be measurable. You can precisely determine the value by drawing a small diagram after you have logged the RWG voltage and corresponding injection quantity via diagnosis (at a consistently high fuel temperature).
