I can only confirm that a warm engine is the most important factor in preventing glow plug failure.

After that, the engine was warmed up to approximately 50 degrees Celsius. The other two glow plugs came out very easily.
Again, bring the engine temperature up to about 70 degrees Celsius, and the remaining glow plugs came out just as easily. The threads on the outside of the glow plugs were pointed. As mentioned, these were the original glow plugs installed from the factory in the new cylinder heads, so any contamination from ceramic paste or something similar from the previous installation can be ruled out.
