I set the values from 0 to 30,000 km, and the control unit accepted the new values.

Incorrect.
It is called from inspection. The value is set to 0 km after the inspection, and the value for the time since inspection is also set to 0 days.
You need to know what you're doing, whether you're using the VCDS menu, adjustment channels, or the Audi diagnostic tool.
This is not just a simple switch.

Regarding your vehicle - TDI or gasoline engine, and with the long-life oil change interval?
Was was an Öl gewechselt? If so, was it long-life oil according to VW standard (likely 50700)? Was a service performed? Were any maintenance tasks carried out based on mileage or time intervals?
Without this information, it's impossible to say what should or must be in STG 17 now.
By pressing the button on the instrument panel, you reset the service interval reminder, but the oil change interval is fixed at 15,000 km. The WIV reset switch in the APKs only affects the oil change service and the accumulated oil usage.
A snapshot of the engine control unit (ECU) would show the current values, allowing for a comparison between the desired and actual values.

Oil change performed using long-life oil. During the inspection, the fuel and cabin filters were replaced, the brakes were checked, and fluids were topped up.
I haven't figured out yet why the inspection can't be rescheduled.

The attached Excel file is an excerpt from the STG diagram and contains the entries for the service intervals. I have added a column with notes.
The entries for the oil change (WIV) are correct, except for the maximum time interval for the LongLife service. There are a few things that surprise me about the entries for inspection (FIX).
Before you change anything, you should...
- Take a picture of the service indicator on the AI unit.
- Take a picture of the service indicator in the information electronics menu (display).
- Copy the file "adplog.csv" from the directory "VCDS/.../Debug".
and of course, post everything here.
The service specifications for your Q5 MJ 2019 are still unclear to me. A service booklet likely no longer exists for that model year, so reliable data can only be found in the "Maintenance" section of the RLF (Richtlinien für die Lebensdauer und Instandhaltung) documentation specific to your model.
I can only assume that it's a TDI model. You don't mention anything about the transmission, but there should also be maintenance requirements for an automatic transmission.

The Q5 is an all-wheel drive vehicle with a 4-cylinder diesel engine producing 190 horsepower and a dual-clutch transmission.
I've adjusted the values for mileage and time several times, but it hasn't made any difference. IDE03349 - I haven't encountered this one yet, with a kilometer reading of 10185.
IDE03350, you're right, it could be the brake fluid service. It was done in 2021 and 2023. I will do it later; I overlooked it.
I'm going to go through the list and modify the values, and I'll see what happens.

The DSG oil was changed every 60,000 km, and the last change was done last year.

Okay, so let me briefly explain again how I postponed the inspection.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to reset the service function, and it also did not respond when the "reset" button was pressed in the circuit breaker panel.

You need to reset and adjust all the parameters in the control panel housing that are related to the inspection, including the mileage and time, as Herbert already mentioned. Otherwise, the control unit will not be reset.
