If the workshop decides to exclude a review, they could implement a "flagged review" counter and choose not to publish the review.
For every review that is not published, you automatically receive a grade of 6.
Published reviews are graded with scores from 1 to 4.
The system would display an average rating for each workshop if there are at least 'x' reviews and the average is greater than 4.
Workshops with an average score of less than 4 will be automatically excluded.
Teams with an average rating of 1-4 can withdraw at any time (for example, if their best player has broken both arms) and rejoin later (provided their average rating is above 4). During the period a team is withdrawn, their ratings will not be counted.
