2) Since I was planning to take care of the second loose nozzle, I wanted to ask if you have any secret tips on how to securely and accurately align the nozzle holder...

Wrap a thin strip of tape around the nozzle, at the height of the top edge of the nozzle opening.
Specifically, the nozzle should fit snugly into the hole, almost as if it's being "sucked" in.

Will you be able to remove the tape?

What exactly does "alignment" refer to?
Is the bore in the cylinder head slightly larger than the nozzle holder, and is the goal now to align the nozzle holder as centrally as possible? Or is the main concern simply to avoid an angular offset between the bore and the nozzle holder, so that the nozzle holder sits flush against the sealing surface?

No, you don't have to. With my AFN, it has remained connected for thousands of kilometers without any problems.
Unfortunately, the oil leak bubble test is then hardly possible anymore icon_sad.gif.

Mostly the latter, but rather to keep the sound of the combustion as close as possible to the normal/expected range -> technical articles.
