Hello everyone!
Okay, today was the day, that my ZMS has completely fallen apart.
Therefore, I would like to add to Trebor's question about whether anyone has already had (good?) experiences with it.
@Teileklaus: Do you already know anything about Valeo, or could you quickly obtain the OE part number 03G 105 266 AB?
Best regards from Munich! 1. S.verlängerung: Audi A4 Avant quattro, 1,9 TDi MKB: AFN, BJ98, Vollausstattung, +VP1L

I have been driving a G60 EMS with a clutch from a VR6 Syncro for quite some time. You can almost get the EMS for free, and the clutch is from Sachs (part number 3000 384 001).
"Mine is original, but my friend drives the same combination for over 40,000 km in the 3er 1.8T, and he gets around 380 Nm out of it."

Hi!
Thank you for your information!!
But - at least for me - a weak consolation, since there doesn't seem to be a solution without the ZMS for the 1.9 PD yet...

Maybe someone here can build on this and come up with an idea.
Looking for a suitable combination for an 88hp TDI in a T4.
What kind of clutch does it come with as standard?
Since this particular version has the small gear from the TD, there isn't a 220mm clutch in there, is there?
Thank you + Regards
Tom
@ Klaus : Do you have anything on offer? |

Hey guys!
Specifically @ Teileklaus:
What is the current status of the 4erKit for the 240 series, specifically for models like the ARL with a 6-speed transmission?
Has anyone come up with an idea yet?
Greetings

"take out"
March 09: ValeoKit for 228 clutch from Stahlgruber purchased for âŹ379 (including percentage)
As early as November, I realized that this item wasn't really working well because it kept slipping through the high gears, especially when it was colder.
However, I also use Rainer's tuning, which allows for up to 310 Nm.
So far, the Valeokit has completed approximately 25,000 km without a trailer.
Now that it's really cold and the engine has even more power due to the colder intake air, it's definitely over. No more accelerating fully from low speeds in high gears like 4th and 5th. I often do this, and I'm wearing out the clutch disc.
I'm simply stating that the ValeoKit may not transmit as much or even less power than an original disc+automatic system.
I am now looking for a reinforced clutch pressure plate (for automatic transmission) from SRE.
Unfortunately, the pedal then becomes a bit harder to press.
There's still one good thing about it: I'm absolutely not hearing any gear noises. 2010 Caddy kombi life 103 tdisg6 BMM KXW
