If the crankshaft (KW) is at top dead center (OT), then the camshaft (NW) is at its early position.

Okay. Based on what the photo shows, it appears to be at least 20 degrees, and the northwest wind is ahead.
On the crankshaft, it would be analogous to double that amount, so approximately a minimum of 40 degrees of crank angle, which would have to lead to interference between the pistons and valves.
