Attached is the MWB 13-18-23 report. In addition, there is the error memory of the engine control unit.

I would remove the PD element from cylinder 4, visually inspect the seats and seals, and then swap it with a different cylinder (using new gasket sets).

After that, check if the problem is related to the misfire or the high idle speed. If it is, obtain a different pressure sensor, install it with a new gasket, and observe.

It's tentatively scheduled for Friday, pending the arrival of the ultrasonic cleaner.

I wouldn't expect too much from the ultrasonic cleaner. You'll need the right cleaning solution and a lot of time...

I have the time, and I can get the right cleaner at the (please correct me if that's not correct...).

I will definitely verschandeln the injectors, as they have been in use for over 120,000 kilometers since the last cleaning.

My skeptical, experience-honed eyes read the subordinate clause "additional costs may arise" in that sentence.

With fictitious billing, there is no VAT (at least this is the case with comprehensive insurance claims) - this is another point that should not be overlooked.

The idle noise regulation looks good (the values are only meaningful when idling), hopefully the ultrasonic cleaning has made a difference. I'm a bit skeptical based on my experience.

Unfortunately, your engine control unit doesn't have a data block that includes the lambda value (and doesn't even have an oxygen sensor). This value would have been interesting at full throttle and between 1200-4500 rpm: If the fuel injectors were clogged, the lambda value would likely be relatively high.
However, in most cases, the BKD injectors are unlikely to clog.

As previously mentioned, the BKD does not have a lambda sensor.

If such a value appears in a vehicle's diagnostic data, it is calculated based on air mass and fuel injection volume and provides no information whatsoever about whether any injectors are faulty or not.

While the BKD engine is not particularly prone to coking, in this case, we also have a combination of incorrect fueling and 30-40,000 .
