Yes, thank you, that was helpful, even though the feathers didn't allow for that +/- 30° adjustment.

Now everything is new at the rear as well, with Sachs Advantage shock absorbers, and like the front, it has K+F springs. It took a whole 3 hours to install it all in the garage driveway...
The old springs had settled to different degrees. The left one was shorter, so the left side hung about 1.5 cm lower. Surprisingly, the rubber spring pads still looked quite good.
It drives like new and feels very solid. Now the next family vacation and full load can begin.

I also worked on the rear axle again last Saturday.
I installed it so that the bottom end of the spring points to the right, on both sides. The top end also points in almost the same direction with these Sachs springs. And not in the opposite direction as one might think when looking at this sketch.

Yesterday, I noticed that I used the wrong torque specification for the screw securing the rear shock absorber at the bottom; specifically, I used 100 Nm instead of 50 Nm +90° .
Should I replace the screw and nut?

However, I think that was excessive. The screws and nuts were perfectly fine, and there's nothing a 10.9 screw can do to prevent compression in the rear wheel suspension. So, I probably could have left them in.
