My problem is also the next AU… The rotation speed is not a problem, 5090 RPM, but the Russian [part/component]. I'm going to try something this week to counteract that, let's see if it works.

So, in conclusion: The performance has been increased considerably, but it's not a practical solution due to the large amount of smoke it produces icon_cool.gif.
It's certainly risky, as Ulf once said: When someone smells the fuse...

It would also be interesting to have a 0.205 pilot who could also provide information about the rev limit, Russian components, and torque! icon_wink.gif

Hello,

I was at the doctor's office today.

Passat 1996, AFN engine, 260,000 km mileage, injectors replaced 500 km ago, AGR (selective catalytic reduction) system completely deactivated.
Original series software, other hardware original. Only the inner surface of the intake manifold has been freshly cleaned.

Average value of 5 measurements (speed measured based on battery voltage, residual ripple from the alternator).

5000 calls per minute.
4990 per minute.
4990 per minute.
4990 per minute.
4990 per minute.

Haze values:
between 0.46 (first attempt) and 0.26 (fifth attempt).

The examiner was pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied.

Regards,

Volker.

Hello,

Today, I simulated the AU test using the original LLM. That looks much less Russian-free icon_wink.gif.

Maximum speed now 5082 RPM at 8.8 mg/stroke.

According to the K Power measurement, the output is approximately 5 kW higher. This is likely due to the current temperature of 0 degrees Celsius, whereas the last measurement was taken at 10 degrees Celsius.

Now, I can face the annual review icon_lol.gif with more calmness...

Best regards,

Hello,

To shed some light on this interesting topic, here are a few figures:

0.184 nozzles - 6.8 seconds.
0.216-inch nozzles - 5.3 seconds.

Greetings

When converted to horsepower, that results in... icon_question.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Hello,

with the 184 series, approximately 74 kW.
The 216 series, approximately 100 kW.
Both measurements were taken with winter tires and 15-inch aluminum rims, at an outside temperature of approximately 0 degrees Celsius, on the same stretch of road.

Best regards,
