Hello jet professionals!
Are there any experiences regarding turbo tuning for the 90 hp TDI engine?
In his article, Ulf described the effects of jet tuning on the AFN (???) in great detail.
Are there any experiences with the 90 hp versions, especially regarding the AGR (agricultural) use?
Specifically, I'm considering testing the nozzles of the AHF or ASV in my AGR.
These engines largely share the same mechanical foundation (inline engine) and have the same ESP (Engine Stability Program). Therefore, one should be able to expect a corresponding increase in power/torque by, for example, installing ASV (Anti-Slip Valve) nozzles, right?
It might be necessary to slightly increase the turbocharger boost pressure to suppress soot formation.
However, this type of tuning should eliminate the risk of piston melting, as the injection time is not extended.
Can someone provide me with the fuel injector nozzle diameter specifications for the following engine models: AGR, AHF, and ASV?
Thank you in advance.
