Automatic ZV Lock: Hands-Free Operation

Problem reported by the user: The ZV (central locking system) locks automatically.
What kind of vehicle do you have? Has this model been appearing recently, or is it a more recent issue? Are there any visible damages to the wiring harness that goes to the door? Are there any error codes stored in the system?

I once had something similar on a VW T4. Every time you closed the door, the door would automatically lock. I replaced the locking unit, and that fixed the problem. Hopefully, this gives you some helpful information.

I can only share my experience with a T4.
Inside the door lock, there's a small spring that sometimes breaks.
This spring is used to hold the door pin in either the upper or lower position.
If this is broken, the door latch pin will easily slide downwards when locking, and it may prevent the car from being locked remotely.

Otherwise, I would also say it's a broken cable in the door bellows.

P.S.: I've also already replaced the springs on both doors. With a little skill, it's not a problem. However, the spring itself needs to be custom-made/bent (not an off-the-shelf part).
