Bad cold start, lots of smoke

Hello.
'I'm having a problem with my car. When I start it cold, the engine spins, it smokes blue and white, and it stalls out around 1500 RPM until it warms up. Then everything is fine.'
I have a nine-cylinder head, a new fuel injection pump, and a new turbocharger. The water circulation is working correctly, and the glow plugs are also fine. However, I'm stuck because there are no error codes in the diagnostic system, and all the values are within the normal range. I've also replaced the temperature sensor and installed different injectors, but nothing has changed.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
